Superhero Calm Power
Goal: Transform anger into positive energy
Activity: Ask children to imagine themselves as superheroes. Their power is calmness and patience.
Game Element: They strike a “calm superhero pose” and repeat a mantra: “I am strong and calm.” Encourage them to use this power whenever they feel upset.
Bubble of Peace
Goal: Create a safe emotional space
Activity: Imagine blowing a big bubble around themselves. This bubble protects them from anger or stress.
Game Element: Children pretend to float inside their bubble. They can bounce gently on a soft mat or just move slowly, feeling safe inside their bubble.
Heart Breathing Magic
Goal: Connect to feelings of love and kindness
Activity: Place a hand on the chest. Breathe in, imagining a warm light filling the heart. Exhale slowly.
Game Element: Children imagine sending the warm light to someone they love, like a parent, friend, or pet.
Calm Dance
Goal: Release tension and express emotions
Activity: Play soft music or imagine a rhythm. Children move slowly and mindfully, noticing their body and breath.
Game Element: Encourage them to “dance away” any leftover anger, stomping gently or spinning slowly, then freeze in a calm pose.
Gratitude Treasure Hunt
Goal: Build positive focus and happiness
Activity: Children list three things they are thankful for.
Game Element: Turn it into a treasure hunt: each item they name becomes a “treasure” they find in the room or imagine collecting in a bag of happiness.
